Trackdown's two recording studios in Sydney (Moore Park) cater to all your recording and mixing needs.The Simon Leadley Scoring Stage, Australia's largest purpose-built orchestral scoring stage with two isolations booths is perfect for all types of recordings from soloists to bands, orchestras and choirs. The Studio (formerly Mix One) at Moore Park is the optimum recording and mixing environment. The live room is suitable for small ensembles and soloist and the control room has been designed to match the Scoring Stage's main control room so projects can easily move between the two spaces. The studios are all fitted out and maintained by our highly skilled team of technicians and our administration team are available to help co-ordinate your project to achieve your desired results. You can hire any facility with an in-house engineer or you can bring in your own engineer.

Trackdown's Simon Leadley Scoring Stage is a popular rehearsal venue for Orchestras and leading bands and performers due to its great acoustic qualities and ability to test Front of House in the venue.

Rehearsal clients include: Tim Minchin, The Australian Brandenburg Orchestra, The Australian Opera and Ballet Orchestra, Sarah Blasko, Aerosmith, Ricky Martin, The Sydney Symphony Orchestra, Twilight Orchestra, The Bee Gees, 30 Seconds to Mars, Delta Goodrem and Jessica Mauboy.

The acoustic concert sound is warm, atmospheric and live imparting a true symphonic texture. With full staging and production Trackdown is a cut above any other rock venue in Sydney. The live and clear acoustic quality of the room allows artists to perform with complete confidence ensuring the crowd the most amazing sound experience. We can record your event using our state of the art control room allowing your performance to be captured forever.

FILMING
FILMING LOCATION

Trackdown's Main Hall is the perfect location for film shoots. The 440 m2 Main Hall (4,736 sq foot) is fully air-conditioned, has a lighting grid (which can be accessed by a one man lift), 3 phase power and ample 240V power points available. You can build a set, use a back-drop or utilise the natural beauty of the room. If you need help organising a Camera Crew, Trackdown staff can assist with this too.
